The harbour has provision for berthing in cradles, laying down moorings, twin or lift keel yachts. Berthing for visitors is alongside the harbour walls. Contact the Harbour Office on

Call the Harbour on VHF Channel 16 and Working Channel 12 prior to arrival for berthing allocation.

HARBOUR OFFICE.

SECURITY.

Harbour Authority video surveillance cameras are installed and the harbour is patrolled 24-hours a day.

LAUNDRY.

Nearest is West Street (south side of RYYC) opposite the Londesborough pub.

POTABLE WATER.

Pipe is by fishing landing davit.

ELECTRICITY.

110V supply is available at the static crane on the South Pier. 240v available at offshot. Contact South Pier Office (VHF 16 or 12).

REFUSE.

A limited waste disposal is available by the South Pier Office.

WEATHER FORECASTS.

Weather forecasts and tidal information is available outside the Harbour Master’s office on the north side of the harbour.

VHF RADIO/TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION.

The Harbour listens in on VHF Channel 16 and uses Working Channel 12; the call sign is ‘Bridlington Harbour’. The harbour office Tel is 01262 670148, fax 01262 602041. BT coin and phone card machines are situated in Windsor Crescent, opposite the RYYC.

FUEL AND GAS.

SHORE SERVICES/LIFTING IN AND OUT.

The Harbour operates a 5-ton crane midway along South Pier. It is not normally available on Fridays when it is reserved for fishing boats. Contact the Harbour Master regarding its use, booking and other arrangements Tel 01262 670148.

BOAT LIFT.

A 70-ton boatlift is available at Clough Hole. Contact the Harbour Master.

ROYAL YORKSHIRE YACHT CLUB.

The Clubhouse is situated overlooking the harbour on its west side. Welcoming crews of visiting yachts to use our facilities and to call in for refreshment. The clubhouse is open seven days a week in the summer with only a small restriction for the rest of the year. Toilets and showers are available for visiting yacht crews at most times during the day and by arrangement in the evenings.
